location is not very convenient. Nice and helpful staffs. Towels are old and damaged. Bathroom kit are not well equipped.

The villa lies on the edge of the ancient town, but not far from it, hence so quiet. The landlord was really friendly and genial. However the room with front balcony was super hot in the afternoon due to being opposite to the west direction, and air conditioner wasn’t cool enough for reducing the temperature. In return, the pool was clear and clean. In general, highly recommend staying there.

The room was not set to the truth, there was no wardrobe, broken refrigerator, secret room without windows. In return, the breakfast is quite good, the pool is free but this season the lake is hot.

This is a great place to rest, clean, tidy, fully furnished from the closet to the toothbrush, giving me a very polite and thoughtful feeling. Swimming pool is clean, private towel, can swim anytime, including late night: 3 Breakfast was hot, I ate a plate of sausages with noodles, garlic butter noodles, pineapple juice and passion fruit - all were hot, not pre-made and then reheated. The location is too close to the center of Hoi An, about 3 km, cycling is also okie, located in the center of the villa so it is very quiet too, no noise when resting. Nice pool, clean water. The room is quite ok, the bathroom is clean, the toilet is a bit weak, no hot water, no dressing table, so it is a bit short. The hotel is about 2km from the old town, so it takes a motorbike to go to the old town and then send the car and go for a walk. Good price, good quality compared to the price ^^

The hotel is about 2.5km from the old town. We rented a motorbike from Da Nang so we went 5 minutes. Highly recommend for those who want to go to Hoi An! Will definitely come back when visiting Hoi An The only minus is the room with mosquitoes.
