Upon arrival, I was greeted by unfriendly hotel staff, escorted to the room and helped to turn on the electricity and electronics but the TV didn't work, there was no broadcast. The remote had no batteries, the set top box was torn too, as if it was just a formality to be delivered to the room but the device function was not re-checked. I understand the concept of utilizing containers but the wall coverings are not well maintained, many boards are loose and have mold spots. The sheets are torn, the pillows are moldy, the blankets and towels need to be replaced and there are insects climbing onto the mattress. After sleeping on the mattress, my body itches, whether from dust or bed bugs. The bathroom floor is slippery and oily, the soap doesn't foam and smells bad, the water heater doesn't work. There is no documentation because 30 minutes after checking in I was immediately in a bad mood lol. It's not worth it for the price of 300 thousand. Really bad experience, very not recommended and never come again sorry 🙏🏻.
