My child wanted to swim, but when he wanted to swim he only lasted a few minutes because he was uncomfortable. There were children swimming while being fed, even leftover food such as rice, cucumber, crackers were on the edge of the pool. Please be more strict so that the facilities remain clean. The rooms are okay. The food is standard, delicious.

The room turned out to be quite big, clean too, the bathroom was also clean even though there was a bit of an unpleasant smell but it was okay, I could still tolerate it, it wasn't too disturbing. The price was worth it, the comfort was okay, the hotel staff was good, friendly, and helped with needs. Hopefully the good things can be improved even more. It could be one of my choices if I go to Pangandaran again👍🏻

Disappointed when checking in, dozens of people were queuing to check in, but had not yet been able to get a room even though it was time to check in. I myself got a room at 15.00 with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned.

Initially I knew this hotel in Bandung, the first time I stayed here was through Traveloka. At first I was afraid it would be uncomfortable because I was staying with my parents, husband, children and older sibling. We booked 2 rooms, but it turned out the rooms were adjacent on the 2nd floor, the rooms were quite spacious and there was a balcony with a view of the swimming pool below, the facilities in the room were standard and everything worked well. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. Our impression was very happy and comfortable staying here.

The door is hard to open, the hot shower doesn't work even though I complained to the hotel. The AC is not cold.
