choose a deluxe family room, the shower has a sign saying wait 5 minutes for it to get hot but it's been more than 5 minutes and it's not hot anymore, just take a cold shower. The TV also has no channels, I've complained and can't fix it. If the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and nice

Yesterday I got a connecting room. In other hotels I've stayed in, even connecting rooms, the soundproofing is still good. But this hotel, with or without a connecting room, is completely soundproof. The noise from the next room is very disturbing. Complaining to the FO only received information, no action. The room was full of ants, and requests for insect spray were only answered, but no staff came to the room to bring the requested insect repellent. The location and building are okay, but the service is standard, and the breakfast menu is very standard. This is my first time staying at this hotel and probably my last.

We booked a family room, requesting a pool view, but got a corner room in room 205, huhu. The food wasn't buffet style, but was delivered to our room for 4 people: 3 menus (soto, fried rice, and potato sausage), 4 drinks, 3 types (full cream, orange juice, and coffee), toast, and watermelon. It was quite tasty. The cleanliness was a bit less than perfect, there were some hairs on the bed, and some of the bedcovers still had stains. It was worth it, I got it for 312,000 Rupiah a night in the family room. The staff was super friendly. It's a bit of a walk to West Beach.

It was a great breakfast, very tasty. The pool was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and it made me feel at home.
