After a long time, I finally had a staycation here again. The staff was quite friendly, and the security was also quite friendly. The room was spacious, as usual, and had a sofa in addition to a bench. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. But I suggest replacing the TV with a smart TV, if possible, hehe.

First time trying this hotel... and in my opinion, everything is ok.

everything is good only the distance to the swimming pool through the parking lot is quiet... took the elevator to the swimming pool at 4 o'clock the elevator goes down every floor 10 minutes.. from floor 21 to 20 there are 10 minutes from floor 20 to 19 it goes down 10 minutes etc etc... some young visitors finally decided to take the emergency stairs to the 6th floor.. I who had been waiting for the elevator for too long finally got tired decided to turn back but didn't win... the next morning I went swimming and then met the security guard who was guarding the elevator, the man was kind and friendly and helped me get up the elevator but overall my stay at Neo was pleasant

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite complete plus there is a city view.

The bread in the omelette was no longer fresh and was moldy. You could see that there was black mold piled up on the omelette that I had already eaten.
