The hotel staff is very nice and easy to ask for help, the location is quite strategic, the parking is spacious, but it's a shame the hot water doesn't work... for the rest it's quite good..

The worst thing about this hotel is the complete lack of Wi-Fi. There's no in-room phone, no WhatsApp number, and even then, the response time is slow. There's no hair dryer. The room area is also dirty. I can't be bothered to come back.

for room 222 the bed was sore, the springs were already felt.. for the others it was ok. only the breakfast menu was simple, there was no chicken.

Okay, for that price it's enough.

The AC in the room is not cold enough and the room is still a bit dirty and the bathroom shower is small so you have to take a long shower to get it evenly distributed.

I am a regular every time I go to Palabuhanratu, especially since the taste of the food is beyond doubt, it is really delicious.

The bed was really small even though I ordered a twin bed, the room was not cleaned every day so we had to take the initiative to ask for it, the door to the room could not be locked properly so I was worried if I wanted to leave the room. The lights went out twice because the lights were off so it was really hot in the room. The swimming pool was really good and it was near a clean and free beach...

everything is very comfortable, thank you we will try another room if we go on holiday to Pelabuhan Ratu again

what makes it wow in my opinion, there is someone who washes the car 😁, I swear it's beyond expectations... give as much as you can... delicious food, comfortable place, strategic location... clean swimming pool, okay enough rinsing place, spacious playground, spacious parking, clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, I think if I go to the harbor I'll stay here again...much cheaper, but not cheap

During our sleep, our whole family was itchy because the mattress looked like it hadn't been changed and there was still a lot of sea sand, the child cried from itching in the middle of the night until dawn, facilities like a water heater were missing, when we checked the glasses they were still oily 😐🫤

The location is close to the beach, the parking lot is spacious, the swimming pool is also clean, there are lots of places for children to play, the service is friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, just a suggestion for the bed is not max, hopefully in the future it will be better, thxs for the hotel service
