I've stayed here several times but this time I felt disappointed. I arrived at exactly 2 pm, but I couldn't check in yet. I was told to wait until I asked several times. Finally, I was only allowed to enter the room at 4:30 pm. Even then, there were a lot of angry people at the front office. Maybe in the future, if there is negligence from the hotel like that, they can consider giving compensation to the guests.

A pretty impressive hotel in the Pelabuhan Ratu area with fairly complete facilities and a strategic location. If you want to go to the beach, just cross the street. The rooms have balconies overlooking the pool. Breakfast is simple but quite tasty. The downsides are the lack of hot water and the TV only has four local channels. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, everything is quite good.

The room is spacious, there is no water heater but a thermos is provided for hot water if you want to make coffee/tea, there is a dining table, there is a balcony, there is a long seating area. There is a large parking area. Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, garden, children's play area. Access to the beach is just across the road. Overall, it's quite good. It would be better if it was equipped with a refrigerator and a water heater.
