Strategic location with culinary and shopping places

The AC isn't cold at all, so I wake up every night. Everything else is fine.

Everything is okay, basically if I go to Malang I will come here again and the receptionist Furqon is nice, friendly, top notch

The hotel is all ok, the receptionist named Furqon is nice and friendly.

Not satisfactory, the bathroom was dirty when checking in, the AC was hot, the room was stuffy, noisy, the staff was not helpful because there was no response when asked several times.

1) The room we chose was superior, with a beautiful view. It's recommended to request a higher floor. 2) The room was clean and comfortable upon arrival. There was a water heater, tea, coffee, sugar, and two 600ml bottles of mineral water. 3) Fast Wi-Fi, cool AC, and a smart TV. 4) The bathroom was clean and had complete amenities. Soap and shampoo were provided in a dispenser next to the shower. A hairdryer was also provided (you can borrow it from the staff or call the receptionist). 5) The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean and fragrant. 6) The staff was friendly and helpful. 7) The restaurant had a varied and delicious food selection. There was semi-outdoor and indoor seating on the 6th floor. There was also a swimming pool (1.2m deep). When the hotel was busy, the restaurant was so full that some guests ate standing up because there weren't enough tables. 8) The hotel's strategic location is in the city center, close to banks, convenience stores, malls, hospitals, etc. Overall, our experience was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Please don't lower your service standards. Best of luck!

Checking in late afternoon, I thought the view would just be of the surrounding residential areas, but in the morning, the view from my room was that beautiful. It directly overlooks the mountains. Awesome! Close to the Kajoe Tangan tourist attraction, full of culinary delights, and more.

Stayed for a family vacation. We booked two rooms for four days. Very pleasant stay. Easy to get around. Comfortable atmosphere.

Overall, it's very good, especially the strategic location near Kayu Tangan. The price is also quite reasonable, around 400 rupiah. Many foreigners stay here, so the food is good. However, there's no cereal.

The location is very strategic for accessing the Kayutangan area, the town square, and Pia Mangkok. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The only thing lacking is the variety and taste of the breakfast.

The parking attendant/person who moved the car to park it. CARELESS, the hazard signal was not turned off. The car was off & no one was inside. I knew it myself at the time. Because I saw & took the items left inside the car.
