Hopefully the breakfast food will be more varied, MW Pangrango, Salak or Gede should have the same menu, right? Because 150 per person is quite expensive. Even a hotel like Royal Safari has a varied menu for that price. This menu is not very extensive.

The room was hot, throughout the stay I opened the balcony door to cool it down. Very disappointing. It's usually cold in Seruni Salak even without AC.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Maybe they could just ask for an elevator upgrade... hehehe. Will be back again and again 😍❤️

Always love staying here. The atmosphere is serene, beautiful, and misty. But if I may suggest, charge breakfast, if possible, for children above 5 years old, half price, so it's not too expensive. I apologize, the breakfast tastes less delicious now than before 🙏

The children are happy, the parents are happy too... Anyway, we have to come back here again.

Friendly staff, very kids friendly hotel

I went to Seruni a few years ago and the breakfast was incredibly plentiful and varied. But when I went back yesterday, I found that the breakfast wasn't as plentiful and varied as before. It's a bit of a shame. Sigh.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the kids are happy because there are lots of swimming pools and the food is delicious and can be taken to the room or packed.

Came here for the second time with my family. The best.
