Clean, beautiful, and comfortable as well as clean rooms and surrounding environment

This is my second time coming here with my wife and kids. It's fun riding motorcycles, with parking close to the lobby and rooms. The family is always happy. The staff, housekeeping staff, and security are very friendly, befitting a star-rated hotel. The breakfast is varied and relatively good. However, because I stayed on a weekday, I didn't find any waffles. God willing, I'll come back again, as my wife and kids can't get over Seruni Hotel and ask to come back again and again.

Never get bored staying here, I've been 3 times, starting from Pangrango, Gunung Gede to Gunung Salak. Every Sunday night there is an art performance🥰

Lots of facilities for families with a very large area, we can feel everything.

The view is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of facilities for children. Highly recommended for families.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the facilities were incredibly child-friendly. My son cried and refused to leave. It turns out that exploring Seruni isn't enough for two days and nights. There were also fun shows. Breakfast could have been improved, but the salad was delicious.
