I dun understand why this hotel categorised as 4 star hotel. I booked two rooms for two nights.. It is so dirty here.

Comfortable hotel. Good service. Stayed because it was close to my outstation, recommended hotel

The room was dirty on the carpet, the bathtub didn't work properly, the bathroom was a little dirty.

I booked 1 night stay for business trip. Didn’t have high expectation on the room conditions as there are also bad reviews. To my surprise, the room was not dirty or smelly as per some other reviews. It was fine considering it’s not a new hotel. Although it looks abit run down but the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. With the price u paid it is value for money.

When I asked where the nearest mall was, the hotel staff kindly told me.

My room card declined and I couldn't get into the room after returning from the party at around 1.30 am. Luckily there were still staff downstairs and I was able to reactivate my room card. In addition, when I wanted to get my deposit back, the receipt had a different room number written on it and it wasn't the same as my room. I referred it back to the hotel staff and luckily there was no problem for me to get the money back. Hopefully this kind of thing won't happen again by the hotel. In addition, I hope the tiles and toilet tiles in the room can be polished again so that they look cleaner.

The staffing & locations perhaps is in a good rates of attending the guest but the facilities need to improve even we see many guests checked in during our stay.

Most terrible stay with smelly room like old furniture smell, carpet inside the room became hard maybe too old carpet, toilet bowl with clearly stain and leaking with discharge water inside the toilet bowl after flush, water tap pipe broken and water splash out. Disappointed

Water heater not function well.

Perkhidmatan yang bagus dan bilik yang selesa

Hotel paling terbaik, semua lengkap dalam bilik, memang terbaiklah, parking senang parking senang, bilik besar. Puas hati lah. InshaAllah ada rezeki akan booking hotel ni juga.

Perlu ambil berat kebersihan di toilet

Bilik yang dapat kurang selesa, dinding dihujung bilik mengelupas sebab bekas kebocoran air dari atas.,ada tiang ditengah bilik yang menyempitkan ruang menggangu laluan, sink yang tersumbat, suis2 lampu dan doorbell yang kurang berfungsi. Room service yang lambat setiap hari. Kadang-kadang petang pukul 5 baru datang. Note: lupa nak snap gambar bilik.

Large room, The staffs are nicely and helpful.

It was not great but pleasant stay. There were issues related to the room. They were as follows: 1) The air cond was on blower mode and the room was super warm. Upon complaint, technician came and rectified the problem. 2) The water hose was leaking and the bathroom floor was always wet. Had asked for floor towels and were given by housekeeping. However, the floor towels were quickly soaked wet. 3) telephone in the room could not dialed to get either reception, housekeeping. I had to call through my HP to get someone to answer. 4) We were staying in family room (for 3 pax). However, only 1 room card was given upon checked in. However, a 2nd room card was given upon request on the 2nd day of stay. 5) No glass containers provided to put the toothbrushes in the bathroom.

Worst stay. Saw cockroach near bed, change other room. Toilet not clean, yellowish stain in toilet. Towel dirty. Breakfast OK² only.

Bilik cantik berkarpet. Ada kerusi sofa. Ada aircond, tapi bunyi agak kuat juga wom wom wom. Ada TV. Ada peti sejuk diisi dengan snek dan air gas, tapi tak free ya ada harga. Free air mineral je 2 botol. Tingkap luas, boleh tengok view Menara Alor Setar. Ni 1st time stay hotel tidak dibenarkan bawa makanan dan minuman dari luar!
