amenities are good. but we're very disappointed with the unit. poor wifi connection, boring interior design, a cr without bidet. not recommendable.

Host mistakenly declared my stay for 1 day only, instead of 6 days, so on my 2nd day, I was stuck at the lobby, as I have no elevator access to get back to my room. It took half an hour to get my access. The room was not cleaned, there was a coffee cup left near the window. There were small insects in the bathroom. I’d rather pay for a hotel for the same price, at least they have daily housekeeping. The location was great though, and it’s the only redeeming factor for my stay.

For the price, I’d rather stay in a real hotel. At least in a hotel, housekeeping is available daily, with fresh towels, toiletries, room cleaning etc. On my 2nd day, they disabled my key access because the host did not properly indicate I was staying for 6 days. Had to wait in the lobby for half an hour when I was supposed to be preparing for work. As a result, I skipped my morning workout and rushed for work. On the positive side, the location was great though, with an amazing city view, and a fitness center and pool. Will not recommend. There are better accommodations within the area.

Major dissapointment! What was supposed to be a relaxing staycation ended up as a major headache. Access card was not prepared for us despite the fact that i submitted the copy of my id 3 days ahead our booking date. Because of that, we were not allowed to use the pool and other amenities. We cannot even access the elevator! What a frustrating experience! Thumbs down! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Inefficient and irresponsible staff!

The room is dirty, smells so bad and found a used brief left in the cabinet and used white shirt left under the bed. Balloons from previous celebration of valentine's day where left inside the cabinet also. TV not user friendly. WiFi password hand written and hard to understand. The staff of HI HOME that will pick you up in the lobby once you booked under HI HOME. HI HOME don't provide access key if they forgot to get your ID before your day of check in. The staff decided we use a previous guest access key provided, we don't show it to the security. But problem arises when my daughter and her 3 friends decided to use the swimming pool. The pool staff wants to see the room key as proof that they are accommodated in any unit, since we are warned that we cannot show the access key my daughter decided that that they just leave the premises afraid that they might be charged Php 5,000.00. The staff who assisted us is very mean. I heard her through CP when she forgot to put down the down CP that she is berating me, threatening me and degrading me. I was able to record her voice through my daughter CP. But when she faces you she becomes a nice person. (Transformation is not complete) They never accommodated early check in and/or late check out. Cleaning materials left inside room. With dirty water inside pail. Had even needed to call security due to the staff indirectly threatening to hurt me because of my complaints (through recorder not put down CP). The staff is poor in conversation that when problem arises she kept on yanking the word "misunderstanding" for you to comprehend and as an excuse. One night stay turned into another night free when the owner took matter in her own hands and gave my daughter a night free so that they could able to use the pool. It is much better to book under Siglo suites if you want to be handled professionally, can get access card on the spot and explained the facilities and all other access to you. It's hard for HI HOME to provide access key! Need to call them every time when my daughter needs to go down the lobby and needs to go up in the room from the pool thus making them wait long time. I have proof that this thing happened.

HI HOME (DEC 25-26, 2017) we were more hassled than relaxed. Our host, Ms Lyn was nice however there's a lot issues during our overnight stay. Cons: 1. We didn't have a temporary keycard. So every time we went out the unit, we always contact them and they will go with us to give access to the elevator/parking/pool and it's frustrating because we booked weeks ago but they were not able to prepare it for us. We didn't have a choice during our stay because it was holiday and no IT personnel is available to process that. 2. The bed is very squeaky. We stayed long at the balcony so we just ignored it. 3. Chairs are squeaky too and looks old. 4. Internet was very poor. You can only use it for facebook. And it was really disappointing as we were to watch a movie online. 5. Trash from previous guests were still in the bathroom. The tissue is only one roll and did not last a day, and the bar soap were already used too. They have body/shampoo gel tho. But good thing we had our own toiletries. Pros: 1. Great view of the city at night as our unit is at the 53rd floor. 2. Near mall, supermarket and convenient stores. 3. Indoor pool at the 36th floor which has a great view of the city too. Water is cold though. But it was ok as I love swimming. 4. Gym Access. We did not try it tho. 5. Gramercy personnel are approachable.

The room has the nice view it's just that, I waited too long for the check in. I do need to call them again for me to check in. The place had some small insect, the blinds are very pull down. The lights wen off around 7 AM, knowing that the breaker was turned off. The towel, I do have to request for another one. There's no soap, shampoo and conditioner. The tissue, I have to request for another roll, which was not provided. I do have to call them from time to time for my request. I hope this feedback helps.

Location and facilities were excellent. receptionist advised us to wait for the unit owner. We’ve waited for more than 30 minutes and had to follow up with unit owner directly. Good thing the booking voucher has the number. we’re given a one bedroom unit instead of a studio. The view is stunning. The unit could use a little more cleaning. The unit has a lingering smell of cooking oil. The sofa’s dirty. The bedsheet has stains.

They gave us a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. The unit and the bathroom is clean, room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine. The caretaker of the unit is very helpful she assisted us to go to the swimming pool area on the 36th floor. Highly recommended!

We originally booked a room in Gramercy. there has been a problem with the application and the owner was not aware that two different booking was made for the same room. the owner is accommodating and they transferred us here. they even gave us access to all of the facilities and amenities, love our stay here.
