The hotel service was the best. The shower water felt like it was warm, almost freezing. So far, so good, as I didn't really need hot water. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable, and it often dropped out, probably because I got a room at the end. The hotel is located inside, and upon entering, you're asked for an entrance fee of 8,000 Rupiah, regardless of whether you're parking or just dropping off a motorbike or car.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. For the price point, I expected basic comfort and professional service, but the hotel failed on both fronts. Room Comfort & Maintenance The most significant issue was the air conditioning. It was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to rest, and more importantly, it failed to cool the room at all. It felt like sleeping in a sauna with a construction site next to my head. Service & Responsiveness What made the AC situation worse was the management’s handling of my complaint. I contacted the receptionist at 11:00 PM to report the issue. Instead of sending a technician to actually fix the problem or offering a room change, they simply sent a security guard to my door. While the staff member was polite, a security guard does not have the tools or expertise to repair an HVAC system. It felt like a dismissive "band-aid" solution rather than an actual attempt to help a guest. Dining Quality The breakfast/dining experience was equally poor. I ordered the noodles, which were nearly inedible. It tasted like they had been boiled and tossed in nothing but salt—no vegetables, no protein, and absolutely no other seasoning or depth of flavor. Verdict: Between the broken amenities, the lack of technical support during late hours, and the subpar food, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are far better options nearby that value guest comfort and quality control.

1. Located in a shophouse complex, you pay 8,000 IDR for parking when you first enter. After that, you can ask for a free parking pass at the receptionist upon arrival and exit. 2. The room is comfortable, but the AC isn't cold enough. 3. The breakfast menu is lacking.

I've stayed here several times. I find the hotel really comfortable and clean, although sometimes rooms are often sold out and I have to book through the app.

The staff is very friendly and fast in serving.

Close to a convenience store and some restaurants. Only available smoking rooms and no other rooms when I asked for a non-smoking room. Bed was dirty, full of spots, but when I complained, they finally changed it to a better one. The room was next to a balcony which was full of AC outdoor units. Some noises were heard several times before 10, and it was so noisy at night from somewhere like a music pub sound.
