I've had a great time staying here several times, and the food is delicious. However, the sheets on the bed felt unclean, and my body itched, making my skin red. But I'll definitely stay here again because the security, reception, and other staff are very friendly. Thank you, and I hope this will be a positive review in the future. 🙏

My check-in process was a long wait because the room wasn't ready yet. Other than that, everything was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the security was good and attentive. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the room was spacious, with a mini-fridge and hairdryer. Next time I'm in Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly, and the location is close to town. There are several restaurants nearby. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Parking is outside the hotel, and there's no fence, so there's a lack of security. The bedrooms were less than clean, with traces of other people's mineral water bottles. There's a mini playground in the hotel lobby.

The room was standard, but upon first entering it looked clean, but I was surprised to find crackers near the sofa. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness. The bathroom sink was clogged, so it's best to check it regularly. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly.
