Wifi low signal, difficult position of my room at the front. Several times the water was dirty, lots of black sand. Waited 15 minutes there was still some sand left, although not much, but it made me worry about taking a shower. Even though previously this hotel was my favorite when on business in Malang.

Overall for the location, cleanliness, room service is very good, only for breakfast must be improved. From 3 nights we stayed there, there was 1 day we had to ask first for breakfast (after Eid prayer), not automatically provided. Prepare for breakfast also took too long, finally we decided to look for breakfast outside the hotel. That's all the input during our stay there. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff.

Check in, the water was black like gutter water. The next morning the water was off. Couldn't take a shower to wash my face, the receptionist gave me mineral water. Luckily I didn't have any important events. If you want to fix the water pipe, think first about how the guests will take a shower. If I had an important event, how could I not take a shower.

Strategic location near Oro Oro Dowo market, you can buy various kinds of food there. Walking around Ijen in the morning is fun. It's still cool and comfortable in the morning. Near the hotel there is a famous Umayumcha Dimsum. It's just a shame that the hot water in room 106 wasn't on. The atmosphere is calm, the room is clean, neat and fragrant.

Friendly staff. Strategic location. The hotel is nice and clean, the building is great. When I stayed, I ordered a twin bed but when I wanted to check in, it turned out that the twin beds were sold out and there was a queen bed. But in the application there was a twin bed. There was no confirmation at the beginning. Reluctantly, I just went in because I was tired from work. Please fix it next time.
