This was my second stay at the Bina Darma Hotel. The Family Suite is always a favorite when visiting with family. Yesterday, I stayed with four adults and one infant. The room was spacious and had complete amenities. However, the hot water wasn't quite hot enough.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hot water was good, although it took a while. However, the water heater was broken, and there was no plug for my phone charger. I had to unplug the lights and TV. Other than that, it was pretty good.

It was fine except the blanket on the first night had a bit of a musty smell, but it was brought to the attention of the hotel. The next night was fine.

Forgot to take a picture of the room, book a room on the 2nd floor. - The bathroom is inside + there is a sink & the water is clean and flowing 24 hours non-stop, and there is also hot water for bathing. - Paid snacks are available in the room if you are too lazy to look for snacks outside, there are free tissue boxes, free aqua and an electric kettle. - There is a prayer mat in the room. Minus: The spray looks like it hasn't been replaced. There is also a public prayer room, which is quite comfortable with a clean environment and abundant ablution water. Minus: The room temperature is a bit hot, there is no fan / AC. The lobby is clean, the staff are diligent in cleaning the lobby area. The security guard is good at helping direct / giving information about the ordered grab & is friendly, the receptionist is friendly & polite Near the Taliwang chicken cafe to the right of the hotel, across the street there is an ATM machine (if I'm not mistaken BNI), there is also a minimarket (if I'm not mistaken Alfamart). It's just that if you book via the app you can't top up the room if it's past check out time. Please really improve the room service, such as changing the spray every time you change the room, please change it 🙏🏻

Have stayed at this hotel twice, always satisfying., the service provided is good, the room is cleaned every day. When there is a complaint or problem, it is immediately handled. The AC died in the middle of the night, the staff was on standby so it was immediately handled.
