The place is just enough for sleeping and bathing, nothing more. Overall ok 6/10 review from me

Comfortable for transit with partner and family

Close to the city center and not noisy.

Booked a room for a single person. It turned out that the room was different from the one I usually book. This one was much smaller, although the room was clean.

Comfortable and clean place easy access

Staying here is comfortable, close to the Haji Nawi MRT Station in South Jakarta, walking about 800 meters is enough. The room is comfortable even though the size is standard. The AC is very cold. Complete with toiletries, and two bottles of mineral water. The hot water is also on well. The wifi connection is fast and does not break. There is also a simple gym equipment upstairs, as well as a rooftop that has a beautiful view. There is also a lift to the top 4th floor, making it easy to access up and down carrying goods. There is a basement and upper car park near the reception. The staff on duty are also friendly. Recommended.

Good location, good service, but the cleanliness and room facilities are very lacking. The shower is crusty so the water doesn't come out optimally. The curtains are very, very dirty.

plus = from the outside it looks nice. strategic location. fast check in and check out process, friendly and helpful staff. minus = the condition of the room could be better. the sheets, towels and pillow cases are worn and yellowed. there are stains and mold on the walls of the room in several places. the bathroom also has many spots of crust and mold, looks dirty. no tissue provided in the room.

I don't understand the bathroom and the thin fluffy towels. There is no soap at all, you can judge for yourself guys.

It's pretty bad that cleanliness is not maintained.

The TV is nice and comfortable, maybe it could have Netflix to make it more comfortable

The cleanliness is lacking, other than that it's really good.

The location is strategic, the room is clean but the water is not hot and the refrigerator is dead.

The bathroom was that dirty. Mold on the shower wall. Mold crust and water spots oh my God where is the cleaning service. The towels & sheets were worn out to the point of fading. The curtains also had moldy AC water marks. There was no laundry room. No tissue provided at all.

Suitable for those who need a place to stop/transit. Not for those who want a comfortable staycation.

The staff and service are good and friendly, it's just a shame that maybe I was unlucky to get a room with a sink that didn't work, the AC sometimes leaked, there were cockroaches too, the toilet was a bit clogged. Maybe the room maintenance can be improved. Overall, it's pretty good for this price range. 👍👍
