Dear Sir/Madam, The staffs of TRYP by Wyndham mall of asia are friendly, courteous and polite. I would like to acknowledge the assistance of Ms. Leana in the reception counter (I hope I spelled her name correctly) for my request to put a "Happy Birthday " greeting inside our room for my daughter during our stay. She felt happy & we are very grateful and appreciate the efforts done by your team/staff. Aside from the noises we experienced during the dawn coming from the adjacent room & few food varieties during the breakfast the experience of staying for the 3rd time in the hotel was enjoyable. I highly recommend that the hotel management would consider adding more food varieties for breakfast as more & more hotel visitors prepare taking breakfast inside the hotel now a days for convenience. Installing a water dispenser in the corridor or lift lobby would be an excellent gesture for visitors who need to cool or hydrate themselves. I would stay again in TRYP by Wyndham mall of asia on my future trips in Manila as the location is very accessible to other surrounding buildings & shopping mall and travel distance to airport is also a plus. Also, I hope the management would consider installing roof or covered shelter in the outside parking lots to make it more convenient to those parking outside incase the basement parking is full specially during peak periods. Also I would suggest to install sensors in the basement parking so it would be easier to know if there are vacant lots in basement parking area. The staffs are great & I hope the management will reward them for their hard work & efforts. Good job team, keep up the good work. Looking forward on my next stay in TRYP. Best regards, Jonah Torres
