We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great view at a fairly affordable price. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, so you can easily take a walk along the shoreline. The view is truly breathtaking. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and the bellboy was fast and responsive. However, there are a few areas where the management could improve. The room feels quite old, and there was a persistent leak from the bathroom glass panel into the bedroom. The food variety is also quite limited and repetitive, and the taste could definitely be improved. Since we stayed during Hari Raya Eid Fitr, we were hoping the hotel might provide a shuttle or charter car service to nearby mosques. Unfortunately, they said no such service was available. Instead, the front desk kept encouraging us to rent a vehicle from them. At first, we requested for car, but we were told only motorbikes were available (PCX and Scoopy). When we requested a larger bike (to accomodate three people), suddenly the lady said only a Scoopy was available, so we had no choice but to rent that. Later, we realized the vehicles were actually privately owned, not hotel-owned, which explains why they pushed it so much 🤣 What surprised us even more was that we saw a hotel car parked in front of the hotel. We don’t mind paying, but it would have been nice if they could at least offer a drop-off service to a nearby mosque. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the view and location, but there are definitely some improvements needed in terms of facilities, food, and service transparency.
