It's quite comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. It's just a bit far from the airport, and the drunkenness should be regulated so guests don't get disturbed.

A very strong, unpleasant odor filled the area before entering the hallway. It was messy, as if there were unused tools or items scattered around, giving off a foul odor. There was no air at all, and it was very stuffy. There was a very loud noise outside the window, like a flood, possibly from a pump/gutter or a 24-hour machine.

I got a windowless room. The AC was cold, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. It's only good for resting; it's not suitable for those easily disturbed by noise, as the sound of karaoke from the surrounding buildings can still be heard.

The staff at the front of the hotel/security did not direct the guests' vehicles parked in front of the hotel, they just sat in front of the hotel, playing with their cellphones.

I checked in on November 28th and checked out on December 5th, the service was very good but on the night of the 4th a male waiter was impolite in giving me information when I asked for the hotel bill because my family and I had to go to the airport at 5 in the morning.

A comfortable hotel, well worth the effort. Maybe next time I visit Sorong, I'll stay at Bellagri again. Thank you, Bellagri.
