Nana, the owner is friendly and helpful but the facilities are old and no elevator going to 5th floor. Poor aircon and water in the bathroom. We are 4 in a room and it is difficult to take a shower next to it when there is no water at all. She charges us an extra 150K dong for late check out without consent for us. He just charged us when we left. He did not inform us that the late check out had extra charges though I told him. We will not book there again.
