The staff was not friendly. I booked a 1 bedroom room and was given a twin bedroom. I asked to move and was told there were no vacant rooms even though I saw an open room and it was empty. The bathroom smelled of sewer. The room was non-smoking but there was no smoking area.

The hotel is quite good for the price, the service and staff are friendly, the room is clean, the sheets are clean but you have to ask the staff for towels first, unfortunately the AC doesn't work but it's comfortable for that price if you just want to sleep.

For those who just need to sleep, this place is quite okay, but the bed size is quite small, only about 90x180 cm, the AC in the room itself cannot be adjusted, tissue is only available in rolls in the bathroom, and TV channels only work in the morning. As for the location itself, it is located in a fairly busy area, there are many minimarkets and culinary centers and it is located in the city center.

The hotel and area are right in the heart of Bandung. However, the building, like the doors and air conditioning, are poorly maintained.
