For room 206, the telephone in the room and bathroom both couldn't be used, the second night there were mosquitoes but fortunately the hotel staff was quick in handling our complaints, we wanted to move rooms on the second day but it was still on the lower floor so we canceled, hopefully it will be better in the future, thank you

The hotel staff are always friendly, I've stayed here many times, but because I checked in late, I got a room that didn't match what I requested via Traveloka. This is my second stay at MESRA. The place is nice, spacious, and has a great swimming pool. Just a suggestion: make sure towels, tea, coffee, and soap are always available (no asking).
