We stayed at Silk Path Resort for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking and create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The resort is very clean and well-maintained throughout, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options and was a fantastic way to start each day. The only inconvenience we experienced was some nearby construction work, which started quite early in the morning and could be a little disruptive. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The stunning scenery, cleanliness, attentive service, and quality food made for a memorable stay. We would gladly recommend Silk Path Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

The resort has a beautiful view, close to nature, spacious and peaceful space. The staff is enthusiastic, attentive, always ready to support. This is an ideal place to rest, relax and enjoy a complete vacation.

I like this place, it's great for vacation

Going to Sapa is also boring, so this time I decided to book Silkpath with the need to relax. Beautiful landscape, clean, a lot of flowers, unfortunately we went at a time when many types began to fade. The service quality is extremely good, the staff is very enthusiastic, very cute. It's just funny that when we got off the bus, our hair was messy and dressed in crap, or when we rented a motorbike to go on a trip and parked the car in the hotel's basement, 3-4 times were asked by the security guard. Who is this sister? =) Hic, maybe it's the high end service but we look at the low end.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff. When I needed to return urgently, I couldn't call a taxi, the 2 guys at the hotel reception helped me to go to the bus station. Will be back soon.

Chuẩn bị trước giờ check in, bạn lễ tân đã gọi báo để gia đình mình được check in sớm vì phòng mình được chuẩn bị xong hết rồi. ( điều này khiến mình khá bất ngờ vì mình đi nhiêu khách sạn nhưng chưa khách sạn nào làm điều đó cả). Cách chăm sóc khách hàng bên silk path rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn nếu quay lại Sapa mình sẽ chọn ở Silk Path.

Booked a room for 3 adults, but I didn't read the information carefully, so I got a room of 33m2, thinking I could have 2 rooms (through 2 rooms like other hotels), but that's not the case here. My fault for not reading the information carefully, that's all. And the hotel is also very (don't know how to describe), 3 people but wellcome, drinking water, towels only for two. Payment for 3 people, nearly = rent for 2 single rooms, only adding a single bed in the room. Busy going out, so when you come back to use any service, you have to call the additional reception. Wherever you call, take it there without actively checking to see where the service has been provided. There must be a letter that clearly states the name of the person receiving the room and a specific congratulation, so the booking information is clearly there, why is there a mismatch between the customer information department and the room, causing customers to have problems? Experience that discrete quality. Called a couple of times to request additional services, found the hotel to provide an incomplete experience at all. Not to mention the torn blanket on the corner (T.T), this part is so boring that I don't want to call the front desk, I'm too tired to call. Up in the blooming season, the surrounding scenery is relatively brilliant.

I really like this resort from decor decoration color to receptionist to tram team to hotel management. Perfect nothing to complain, clean and beautiful rooms, dining hall are luxurious. It's still very new, the campus is wide with beautiful ancient rose gardens, the pool is also very beautiful .. the receptionists are very happy and happy to provide enough information as well as enthusiastic instructions, their room balcony view mountains, clouds like endless room swoop. Above all, I like the respectful and caring service. Thank you to the hotel and the staff for creating the most comfortable feeling for my vacation.

Pros: Spacious rooms, new interior equipment and very stylish decor, bringing local typical patterns into the design. Enthusiastic staff friendly, nice uniforms. Great place to relax when coming to Sapa, just quiet but not too far from the center. The hotel is so beautiful and beautiful that you can take virtual photos everywhere. Hot and cold sauna service is included in the room package. Tram transportation to the stone church area is convenient. Buffet breakfast is quite good and round. Cons: Water heater is not stable. I had a great birthday holiday on Silk Path. Quan Ly and Friendly staff are all over the place, the Resort is tucked into every corner and the View is off the table.

I stayed 3 days 2 nights on my birthday but the hotel didn't have any service to welcome or suggest guests. Cleaning staff is not clean. Breakfast with little food.
