overall okay.. the hallway leading to the room is a bit like that.. the lighting is lacking in the hallway.. the room is okay.. the cleanliness of the room is okay.. only there is no sink in the bathroom..

The check-in and checkout process is quite complicated in the digital era like now. Many hotel spots and facilities are dirty.

There are no power outlets, so it's hard to charge your phone. Asked for a power outlet when they gave it to me but immediately snapped it and the electricity went out completely.

The receptionist service was less than friendly. The parking policy for overnight customers is not clear, there are a lot of extortion, they are charged more than what was promised for the parking fee which was said to be flat 15 thousand but it turns out that is not the case. The room was dirty before the guest wanted to check in, the sheets were scratchy, the AC was broken and hot and didn't work!

Sebenernya ada harga ada kualitas pastinya. Cuma baru kali ini dapet harga lumayan murah kualitasnya juga ampun deh. Dari mulai malam 1 seperti yang di lihat di foto yang saya unggah. Toilet nya mampet sampai banjir. Wastafel juga mampet. Kasur juga di kasih yang twin dan per nya ampun dah sakit banget. Malam ke 2 pindah ke kamar yang kasur nya queen atau besar. Cuma tetep per kasurnya blesek ke dalam jadi bikin tidur tidak nyaman baaget. Dan kamar mandinya nggak bisa air panas 😔😭 (lupa ku foto) maaf sebelumnya kasih review seperti ini. Karena ke depannya supaya lebih di perhatikan. Karena saya selalu mendapatkan harga murah dengan kualitas yang bagus. Makasih.
