I request for earlier check in which is 11.am. but the staff were not alerted about it so I had to wait till 2pm to check in. If they aren’t able to fulfill my request then they should informed me earlier. Besides, I think I booked a room for 3 ppl. but instead I get a room which has 2 queen bed and single bed which is more larger room . But do not have any television and for ironing we have to go upstair which is the iron board is at the open space. So it is quite uncomfortable.

The owner and operator can do much not to let it become an 'abandoned house'.

no facility at all...room 7 has air-conditioned room only
