The hotel is nice, close to everywhere, lots of restaurants and shopping centers.

The staff was very friendly and so accommodating. I would love to stay in the hotel again.

The linens were full of holes and needed to be replaced. The bed was a bit hard, and there wasn't a kettle, but that wasn't a problem. The pillow I used should have been replaced, as it was uncomfortable. I gave it a good rating because the staff was friendly.

Always coming back to this hotel every time I go to BKK since 2024. Because the location is near from everywhere like BTS, ARL, Tofu, and Pratunam Market. Can walk from the hotel under 10 minutes. Always cleaning the room every day.

There are a lot of centipedes, whether small or big, that came out of nowhere.

I think the hotel is reasonably priced compared to others, suitable for those needing a comfortable place to sleep without being overly luxurious. Daily housekeeping is provided. There's a 24/7 reception desk, even for late check-ins. It's close to the train station, ARL, and 7-Eleven, with many local restaurants nearby. I would return.

The staff are enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, the prices are reasonable, and it's especially convenient because it's very close to the tram and train stations, and near the city center, making it easy to get anywhere.

It's a good place to stay around Pratunam, the location is close to anywhere you want to go.

The hotel security is not reliable, when I stayed there there could be ladyboys coming to my room and I complained to the receptionist and they ignored it.

Clean, great, excellent, more experience

The room was very cramped. The AC was too close. The wind blew directly at us while we slept, making it very uncomfortable. If the AC was turned off, it immediately felt stuffy and hot. The bathroom only had bar soap and hand soap. The hotel was located a bit inland, so ordering a Grab was difficult. You had to walk outside and wait on the main road. The hotel deposit was quite high, 500 baht per room. The room was only for two people. If three people were caught staying there, they would be fined 500 baht, as it was written on the hotel sign. The TV remote no longer worked. Every time we entered the room, it would turn on by itself, and we couldn't figure out where the off button was. So we had to unplug it. There was a mini-fridge. Mineral water was available daily. The hotel sold 1,500 liters of mineral water for 10 baht. So, there was no need to go to the 7-Eleven to buy more. The road was quite narrow, so parking was very difficult.

I was terrified. The room was creepy, located in a deep alley. The pictures didn't match the actual place. There were so many Indian people around that it made me feel uneasy. I didn't dare sleep. Don't book this place under any circumstances! It was terrifying and haunting. The room door was made of plywood, which could be dangerous if you're staying alone. Absolutely awful.

It's not bad for just staying overnight and sleeping. It's close to everything. It's easy to find food.

I don't understand why the reviews are so good, but the hotel itself is not comfortable at all. The mattress is hard and seems to have bedbugs, and it's rarely cleaned. I immediately started itching when I lay down. I couldn't sleep, and the noise from crows and other such things was really loud because there's an empty field/small forest behind it.

The sheets haven't been changed in 5 days. The blanket hasn't been changed... Oh my...

Good, convenient location near the BTS. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. It's not too far to walk to the hotel and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby.

I didn't expect this place to have everything I need. It was only 400 m from BTS Phaya Thai, only 7 mins walk to Pratunam Market, very close to Seven Eleven, takes 7 mins walk to Tofu. The room itself is very clean, the officers are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay here for my next trip.
