Not quite as pictured. It should be nice but poorly maintained. The bathroom is quite concerning.

The staff is friendly and helpful. But the room is really dirty, oh my God, it's a shame even though the location is good, by the sea, the room is also big, but the maintenance is really lacking. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the shower is rusty, the curtains are no longer usable, there is no TV channel. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life, the room is really not suitable😭

The room was really scary, everything was dirty, the water was brackish, luckily it was only for a day.

1. Receptionist is not friendly, no enthusiasm to help. 2. Bed area: smelly blanket, dirty white sheet, smelly and dirty pillowcase. 3. Unmaintained bathroom: leaking toilet hose causes flooding in the toilet floor area, no water heater, shower has no hook and is rusty, toilet for defecating is not clean.

The room sheets were dirty and the bathroom was dark as if it hadn't been left in a long time.

The hotel staff was angry, the water was off from dawn until check out time, there was no confirmation from the hotel that the service was lacking, and the water was running without a sign that it had not been checked in every room.

Everything doesn't match the photos and pictures in the application and the bedroom and bathroom sheets are very dirty, cleanliness, what's more, there is no comfort.

The view is good, but the room is not clean and not complete, especially in my opinion, the bathroom is not suitable. If it's a little cleaner and renovated, that's fine

Sangat horror dan kurang terawat.

Minim lampu penerangan, air di wastafel kamar mandi ga keluar, kamar mandi jorok banget, kotor, bathtub juga berfungsi, tisu pun ga ada, tempat tidur dan hordeng kotor, ga pantes disebut hotel.

Lokasi dan view dari hotel ini sebetulnya cukup oke. Tapi kebersihan kamar rasanya sangat-sangat kurang, sprei seperti tidak diganti, gorden terlihat sangat kotor, kamar mandi juga sepertinya jarang sekali dibersihkan. Untuk mendapatkan handuk pun saya harus berjalan sendiri memintanya ke resepsionis 🫣. Entah itu hanya di kamar yang saya pakai atau di kamar lain juga. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik 🙏.

So far hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Menyenangkan sekali dan nyaman.

Airnya payau bau. Toiled air nya lama baru penuh.

Pertama kamar yang saya pesan tidak sesuai dengan yang diterima, malah di kasih ke orang lain pula. Padahal sudah dibuatkan catatan kapan saya cek in. Kedua kurang bersih ruangnya, bau Pesing dan lengket lantainya. Pertama kali dan terakhir kali saya menginap di sini.
