I booked a deluxe room. I think this is the most inadequate Horizon room. Usually, Horizons have a hairdryer attached to the wall in the toilet. There's no full-length mirror in the room. The AC remote doesn't work to regulate the temperature. It feels like staying in a boarding house, not a hotel. The hallway leading to the room isn't carpeted like in other Horizon hotels.
