Great, appropriate amenities

Additional surcharge. Beds, sanitary equipment are poor, broken but not changed. Staff is quite attitude. Western guests talk loudly at night. No reminders.

The best hostel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Very reasonable price with lots of choices in breakfast. Cleanly toilets and bathrooms. They offer free walking tour if you wanna visit Hanoi with others people.

I used to stay in many types of hostel and dorm in Hanoi Old Quarter but at The Signature Inn I rated the best service. Located in the center of the old town but you only pay 3-4 dollars if you book through the app for one night. A bargain price with free breakfast with lots of options, free beer, cheap drinks at the bar. Toilet and bathroom are separate and have many, so it is very convenient and clean. Wifi is strong. The thing here is that all notices, regulations, menus are written in English, so if you do not know English, please ask the receptionist, serve.

Great place to stay in Ha noi capital

Good hostel so far! Clean & comfortable

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Hang Ma, Hang Duong, Bat Dan, Phung Hung mural paintings, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sword Lake. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, even though I use the house with the shared bathroom but they are very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, friendly staff, elevator was very fast. If I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi, I will stop by this hotel.

Very ok, friendly staff, especially him at the bar. free breakfast and afternoon beer. I don't have the habit of eating breakfast so I don't know how. Previously back to Hanoi a few days should stay in your house, but this time, I live in the dorm in the old town. Dorm is very okie, but there are no hangers in the common room. Hotel is beautiful. But cabinet hasn't locker, so traveler must prepare to protect stuff.

Well, the bunk so small but they have good lobby to stay. For mixed dorm. It's quite hectic and luggages were everywhere on the floor. Just give some spaces for guest(s) in room, that might be super cool. The staff also need some acknowledge for places nearby (was ask for a laundry, bcos they cant do it on time and I need express laundry. But the staff don't know ><) didn't try the breakfast because I already left in the morning for 2 days so. I don't know
