It was a great experience to stay here. The location is perfect for those who like to explore Jogja. Food was amazing, both breakfast & the restaurant. Room was spacious & clean. The most important is the staff were all very helpful & friendly. Loved it!

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The location is very close to UGM, so it is an option when there is business to UGM. The breakfast food is very varied, the hotel staff is very attentive.

Already request for high floor upon reservation but they didnt do. Bathroom was dirty, many soap scumb on the shower glass door, mildew in the corner. And the towels was grey. The breakfast less variety of food. On the night, bar staff only one person incharge so deliver the porder was too long. Access to parking area so bad. Security was rude.

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was very nice and clean. The services also was good, from the security, receptionist, server, and also cleaner. The hotel's area is very strategic, we can easily find foods, and also coffee shops. The breakfast buffet also very good and have many choices. My room is in the front near the street, because the area, we can still hear the road/motorcycle sound, but it was still OK for me. I will stay in this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Artotel Yogyakarta. The service was excellent—Mbak Lintang & staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed with artistic touches. The location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions and local culinary spots. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Highly recommended—definitely would love to come back!
