I had a nice time in this hotel. Great and helpful staff, spacious room and enough amenities. It is also located in a nice area, you can easily find minimarkets and food stalls near the hotel.

Easy access to the hotel on the right side of the road. Jimbaran area is in the middle so it's easier if you want to go to Uluwatu or Seminyak. The check-in process took a while, the room was just prepared when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy, complete with amenities. Only the plug near the bed didn't work. The AC was off for a day. The food was not bad. For gado2, the seasoning was more sweet. For soto, the broth was a bit salty for me. But the comfort is okay. Worth the price.

Pleasant experience. Nice hotel staff, spacious room, and clean. Breakfast is okay. However, the water pressure in the bathroom is small and traffic in Uluwatu is pretty exhausting, especially in the evening. The hotel is only steps away from GWK and there are many small restaurants and convenient stores around.

Truly live up to its name. Staying in Best Western definitely be in my top 3 of Best Experience in regards of staycation. Everything is just perfectly aligned to my expectation. Easy breezy check in process, the room facilities and amenities, cleanliness, breakfast also has amazing choices and qualities, the lounging area and the pool is also very good. Super near to several minimarts and pharmacy too, just 2 mins walking. Staffs also very friendly and their service is top notch. Feel very welcomed. Good job Best Western 👍

Best Western Hotel always give a very good impression, but at this bawa kamala Jimbaran, need more improvement, maybe because they are still in renovation. Need more attention to the bathroom stuff, need reparation. But overall was good. Thank you.
