The hotel's location is quite strategic. Very close to Lippo Mall. If you want to go to the town square, it's about 1 km. To places like JTP 1 and 2, it's about 2 km. There are many food stalls and shops around the hotel. Cleanliness is also good, the hotel staff is friendly. The interior is modern and quite sophisticated. Some corners are aesthetically pleasing for photos. There is a swimming pool too (although I didn't try it). As for the facilities, I think they could be more complete. For example, shampoo. The hairdryer is available and works. The hot water wasn't warm enough, especially on the last day. Also, the sink was clogged (it took a long time to drain) and the shower area took a long time to dry. Also, the shower faucet wasn't provided with a bottom faucet, only a shower faucet, making it a bit difficult for ablution. This is the first time I've found a hotel like this. In previous experiences, I've always found hotels with two faucets in the bathroom. The hotel room was quite spacious (still able to pray) and had a Qibla direction. Luckily, I got a room with a window facing east, which really gave me a great sunrise view because the window was large. There's an elevator, which makes it convenient for moving floors if you're carrying heavy luggage. The food (which includes breakfast) is mediocre. The menu variety needs to be improved. Some of the food is too salty, some bland. It just needs to be improved. A small suggestion: perhaps provide free water refills (for example, placed on each floor) so guests can refill their own bottles.
