This accommodation really great. the room really spacious. and the owner really nice and humble. will back to this place if visit Chiang Mai again.

The owner is very cute and thoughtful. A little incident so she moved her group wa vila her also in the center chiang mai always (warm vila). It was wonderful, clean, airy, spacious, really comfortable, let me check in early and check out late the next day.

It was an incredible stay! This place suit for family stay. I was amazed by its interior design. I stayed at 2nd floor where bathroom and toilet is at outside. But, there are clean and basically only we are using them! I love the rice cracker a bit prepared by Joe the host. I can also boiled hot water for my baby. If you planned for long stay they also have laundry service for you at thb100 per basket. Basically it was like another home for me at ChiangMai where kids have space to explore other than limited inside a room. The room is as spacious as described. I do not have any complaints on it. If you need daily room cleaning, please let Joe know. Her helper can merely speak very limited English.
