The staff was quick and kind. There were no errors in my breakfast order. The room was clean. The bathtub was the best for the price. The hot water also didn't turn off. There was a hairdryer. The location is unclear, it's behind the minimart and Social Monkey, go up the stairs and then to the left. The staff are usually in the kitchen.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. God willing, we will return. Thank you very much for your kindness to us.

This place is dirty and outdated, the pictures look like it may have been 10-20 years ago not at all what it is like now. I could NEVER recommend it and advise you look elsewhere for much nicer alternatives elsewhere. I have never left a place due to insalubrious conditions but there is a first for everything. Management took no accountability, watch out for these non refundable booking conditions… I just want to spread the word because the 8+ reviews are oNOT accurate of the current conditions of the place.

booked the largest room with 3 beds. comfort yes. cleanliness can be upgrade but overall a happy stay for 3 days in ubud. No monkeys around even the place a stone throw to the sanctuary.will really recommend this place -Malaysia-

Very close to Monkey Forest but a little deeper, lots of cafes, there is also a minimarket and a spa so it's not difficult to find food and a spa, the atmosphere is really homey, the building is a little old and I just found out that the bathroom is outside the room. Overall it's fun because The atmosphere in Ubud and the villa is very homely.

The staff are friendly, help with carrying things, the location is in front of the monkey forest and lots of cafes, so you don't have to worry about looking for food in traffic jams, just walk.

Sebetulnya overall I had good experience, tapi untuk bathroom perlu di maintenance seperti toilet, shower. Bantal juga perlu diperhatikan. Oh ya, jendela perlu dibersihkan ….

The hotel is dark and the atmosphere is not good.

Lokasinya depan Monkey Forest jadi jangan kaget kalau banyak monyet berkeliaran. Lokasi oke, untuk cari makan pagi siang sore malam gampang, dekat sama pusat-pusat souvenir Ubud. Tempatnya tenang, berasa kaya di rumah sendiri.

There is no night staff on standby if there are less than 2 guests. Then we were asked to check in quickly. At night there was no hot water because the gas ran out. Noisy at night because behind the rice fields, lots of animal sounds. In front of the hotel it is very dark, because the restaurant is closed.

A truly hidden gem. The room was so spacious and we got one of the best view room on 2nd floor and a bathtub! The monkey from Monkey Forest across the hotel sometimes come visit and play. Just don't open the window when you leave the room, they will not bothering you.

Villa with a clean garden and swimming pool, and very friendly staff, unfortunately the staff is only until 5 pm. Unfortunately it looks a bit horror the entrance of the villa is dark. The room did not have a tv, plus at that time the residents of the villa were just my husband and I. So it's cricket cricket at night, but the rest is god.

Very happy to stay here. Book 3 rooms. All large spacious rooms can fit 4 people. Shiny clean rooms. With a rice field view. The front location is exactly the monki forest. Friendly staff. Plus there is a kitchen like your own home with complete cooking utensils. Pool is clean. Anyway, it's top. Elderly asks for 1st floor. Because there is no elevator.

Pramana villas never fails me. I've tried several accommodations under its management, and all of them were superb! At first we couldn't find this sarin ubud even it mentioned close to monkey forest. On second round and look carefully, finally we found it. But the building from the front door looks sacked and old. But then when I stepped in, the place was pretty clean and nice. The room also large and has nice view. The bed was comfortable. Just it's a bit awkward for me to use the bathroom since the bathroom is outside. Just like you turn the balcony into bathroom.🙈 So it is an outdoor one

Spacious rooms with great views of nature! It's just that the room above ours is made of wood, so when the occupants of the room walk there is always the sound of wood creaking, so it's a bit disturbing. Apart from that, all is well and okay.

The place is comfortable, quiet, the outside rooms and bathrooms are good but there is a problem with the toilet flush, please pay attention but at all good☺️
