Affordable rooms, good service. Clean and friendly staff.

Room 102, three people sharing two double beds. We are frequently startled awake at night by the sound of machinery running for 10-15 seconds. It's unclear what kind of machinery it is, or if it's from the hotel or the apartment next door, but the noise is right at the head of the bed, near the balcony.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was okay for the price.

Clean room, enthusiastic staff, delicious food but the ceiling soundproofing is a bit poor. The room above was noisy at night so I couldn't sleep.

Basically okay, but the hotel is located near the end of NKKN street, there is often traffic jam at the beginning of the street, in the morning during rush hour, taking a grab or taxi will take a long time to wait, clean and nice room (note that there is no air conditioning), delicious and varied breakfast, enthusiastic staff.

The hotel is ok, soundproofing is not good but the room is spacious.

I didn't like the policy here. It was completely strict. I and my roommate gave them an ID and account verification ID to verify, but when my roommate checked out first, they didn't have any ID so they wanted to take a deposit of VND 500k.
