Good accommodation standard Westin. Only we got the room at the very end, and maybe there needs to be additional benefits for this area because I think it is too far to the pool or lobby.

Very nice hotel, recommended for family stay...

Really enjoy this hotel with my family. We spent our time during "Nyepi", very peaceful. The only thing to be improved is the hair dryer, it's need to be upgraded.

Stayed 2 nights at Element, there is a round trip shuttle to Monkey Forest and Ubud Market. Each room has a balcony and is very comfortable. Worth to try.

One of the best hotel in ubud with delicious and varied food. The lift/elevator is located on the front near the lobby so if you stay in the room which located at the rear end of the hotel building would little bit far to get to the lobby or parking area.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly. My baggage was delayed on the day that I checked in but the staffs, especially Ms. Maika was so friendly and gave my 2 kids soft toys. Really made their day. Ms. Cyntia was also helpful in helping me to make many phone calls to the Singapore Airlines staffs with regards to my baggages. Mr. Rai was also friendly and helpful he helped us book taxi ride and recommended to us some nice places to go in Ubud. We love staying at Element.

Room is good, unfortunately my room has a problem when I checked in. I can't re-enter due to the lock system was having problem and took hours, they transferred me to other room, but there was a whole in the ceiling, and problem with the shower. And it tooks 90 minutes the staff came to fix it. Restaurant menu is not a lot of variety, the taste is inconsistent, sometimes delicious sometimes not. Few of the staff, has a good service attitude the front desk who handle me checked in and also erick the one who handled my luggage, he has good in service attitude.

What I love: the big one, free breakfast and dinner, the location is okay, the homey atmosphere is felt every evening when many people gather at the pool area to swim, sunbathe, play badminton, table tennis and archery.

Hi Element hotel team, you did a very good job to make our stay enjoyable! Clean and very friendly, even if there was a problem the team dealt with it very quickly and made sure we were OK. Not a problem anymore for us. Highly recommended! The location is also very close to several shops and restaurants.

Hotel is perfect for honeymoon and especially their bed is the best ever! Sadly we're only stay for 2 days and on a rainy season (cannot explore ubud more) but will do come back again for sure.

Big room, ok facilities, ok food, especially the cinnamon donut, we'll be back.

Service sangat bagus, semua staff ramah, terutama kamarnya bersih, nyaman, next ke Ubud lagi pasti kembali ke Element 👍.

Beautiful hotel, nice staffs, big room, fluffy and generous pillows, we stayed at room 627 not far from the elevator. Breakfast was also delicious and vegan friendly, but you could ask for pork bacon through the staff. They provided shuttle bus also to Ubud center and Monkey Forest every two hours. They will pick you up at the Monkey forest lobby. The surrounding was also far from the hustle bussle of the city, but you can find restaurants and minimarkets by walking distance. They provide 3 swimming pools and most of the time was full by people sunbathing at the area. Overall, thank you for your hospitality, next we will not hesitate to stay at Element Ubud again 👍.

It was a very comfortable stay. For example, the restaurant staff help me not be in the queue by bringing my food to my table. The bellboy was kind when he saved my golf equipment at ground level storage room. The birds also sang along in before the sun rose.

Excellent room, super neat and tidy. We got a connecting room though on last note request. Staffs are also very helpful and friendly.
