The location is very easy to access. All the facilities are excellent. What needs to be added is a heater in the room, so guests who want tea or instant coffee can make their own. Or provide information at the desk so that anyone who wants to borrow a heater can contact the front desk. Management also needs to implement CRM (customer relationship management), so that loyal customers don't have to provide phone numbers, emails, etc. Hopefully, the managers have learned CRM. The manual writing method has been largely abandoned by modern hotel management, simply confirming whether the customer is a loyal customer or an incidental customer.
