Honestly, every time I stay at ASR group, there has never been a problem, but this time I was a bit disappointed because the room was not prepared well. This time I had to move rooms because there were always problems, starting from the room lights going out, moving rooms and the TV going out, then what was said to be a replacement TV turned out to be just tinkered with which ended up turning the TV off again. I wanted to move rooms again but I was too tired because of the long trip from Jakarta and the head manager said he wanted to chat with me personally, Mas Mandu (if I'm not mistaken) until now there has been no chat from him. Oh yes, input for your staff, whether engineering or anyone who wants to check for damage or anything in the room, please take off your shoes. Thank you.

The location is very strategic, close to the city center, as it's located on Jalan Slamet Riyadi. Easy access and ample amenities.

The hotel's atmosphere is very comfortable, but the breakfast menu lacks variety and is a bit salty. Both children and adults receive an additional breakfast of Rp75,000, which is a bit pricey for children who only eat a small amount.

The hotel is quite clean, the facilities are adequate, but the breakfast menu is limited.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly. I've stayed here twice when I've been to Solo.
