Ibu Yeni (the owner) lives there as well. She's very kind and helpful. I contacted her as soon as I made the payment to tell her that I would arrive st midnight and she didn't mind to wait for me. The room is pretty basic but very clean so your payment is worth it. The location is not in Solo city but you can always use online taxi as well as Trans Batik from Pakuwon mall that's quite nearby.
