The service is not satisfactory, the rooms are not clean

Not satisfactory. The receptionist did not know that I ordered to use the Traveloka Site because there was no computer at the hotel and had to wait for the employee who used to inform me. Bad hotel, dirty mattress, noisy air conditioner, not good breakfast at all.

The toilet didn't work, the ac didn't work, the room smelled bad.

The hotel building is good, parking is also adequate. Near the mosque, supermarket. Which is less attention to the room door that can not be tightly closed and locked. Shower water doesn't flow smoothly, hot water doesn't come out. The menu is very simple.

Oce, not bad can create urgency.
