The only and best hotel in Martapura

The hotel room was dirty, there was a rat on the bed, the TV was not good, the picture was not clear, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty, it was never cleaned, I used a prosthesis, it felt very uncomfortable.

Hotelnya butuh renovasi terutama bagian kamar mandi, butuh di ganti semuanya sudah berkarat. Lampu kamar mandinya remang-remang. Tp untuk kamar tidur cukup bersih, walaupun furniture nya udah usang, tp tidak berdebu. Yang agak kotor kamar mandi dan tidak ada water heater. Untuk menu sarapan, rasanya B aja, variasi makanannya sedikit.

Kolam renangnya luas tetapi kamar bilasnya kotor dan airnya mati, jadi harus kekamar dalam kondisi basah.

Dengan rate segitu belum ada air panas. Tempat tidur pernya sudah bunyi terus, kamar mandi juga terkesan kotor, TV masih tabung, hotel ini sudah sangat perlu dilakukan renovasi, pengecatan baru, water heater, kasur diganti dan lain-lain. Sayang sekali ruangan sudah cukup luas sudah sesuai dengan rate, dan juga sarapan pagi kualitas sama dengan hotel budget. Managemen harus berbenah diri.

The staff is friendly, it's just a shame that the rooms and mattresses don't reflect the "hotel", the bathroom is rusty and there are lots of mosquitoes.

The hotel is not comfortable for a staycation, the mattress has a creaking sound, the towels are thin and do not sink in, the waterlogging waste has long decreased and even worse the shower is like invisible water, only dripping and the bathroom smells bad and the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly. One more old school TV is still tube TV.

The mattress is old, the spring makes back pain, the water smells bad, and is often not clean, yellow.

The food is less varied, the bathroom is lacking hot water.

Prices do not match the facilities provided. ugly towels, don't expect hot water, breakfast rice eggs, broken springbed. Pathetic ☹
