Saya pesan via aplikasi, kamarnya di aplikasi ready, sampai selesai tahap payment dan sudah dapet e voucher. Sampai hotel kamar tidak tersedia, alasan pihak hotel sudah tidak kerjasama dengan traveloka, uang saya tidak dikembalikan, pihak hotel tolak lagi urus d traveloka, travelokanya pun tidak bisa refund sebab pembayaran sudah selesai dan saya di minta komplain ke pihak hotel. Entah uang saya masuk kemana, rugi waktu. Pihak hotel low respon. Harunya urusan managemt mereka yang urus ke travelokanya dengan cara kembalikan dulu duit saya yang sudah jelas jelas masuk ke pembayaran hotel ini.

Kamar mandi nya kurang air buat mandi.
