The place is comfortable, clean, but the hot water in the bathroom doesn't last long, so if someone has just finished taking a shower, you have to wait.

1. I had requested from the beginning of booking, not wanting a room window facing the afternoon sun, because it was hot. But it turned out that I was given a room facing the afternoon sun. 2. The room's security chain/slot lock was no longer there. 3. The safety box remained locked and could not be opened, even though I had followed the instructions. 4. The FO staff was friendly, but none of their promises were kept. They seemed to only pay lip service, without taking notes or remembering what they had said.

Wi-Fi access is a bit difficult, and there are no sanitary bags or hair dryers. Please improve the existing facilities for greater comfort.
