The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was quite spacious for a deluxe room, but the AC wasn't cold enough. The hot water was also broken, and the breakfast was standard and lacked variety.

Check in for 2 nights. After 1 night, the water could not be turned on in the morning. Even though I was chasing a work deadline. Finally suffered a loss because I could not be on time. Wifi was also difficult to connect.

Pelayanan dari staff sangat memuaskan, kamar nyaman, kebersihan terjaga, sarapan/breakfast sederhana namun dapat dinikmati. Sayangnya air panas sering on & off ketika saya ditempatkan di lantai II (kamar # 211 pada tanggal 02-03Jun) ketika mendapat kamar di lantai I air panas dari shower oke.

Untuk harga di atas 300 fasilitas jauh dibawah hotel lain yang benar-benar bersih dan terjaga semua fasilitasnya. Bahkan hotel lain aja masih lebih nyaman. Lantai berdebu, kamar mandi agak temaram, ga dapat sendal, yang paling menyedihkan tv ga bisa dinyalain alasan nya sedang perbaikan jaringan. Saya traveling sendirian tentu aja merasa ga nyaman dan sepi sekali. Otomatis hp nyala sampe pagi mengusir sepi dan baru bisa tidur setelah solat subuh. Pagi langsung checkout pindah ke hotel lain.
