The hotel is old and need lots of improvement, unfortunately the hotel is probably the most decent one in the area. AC is not cold, breakfast is standard and definitely not recommended for people with trouble in walking or senior citizens since they have very steep stair to reach their lobby.

The usual facilities, no swimming pool, expensive prices.

The service for the karaoke is not good.

Very good for transit areas.

This is the best available hotel in Tulang Bawang Region. Breakfast is reasonable for its price range. Room & bathroom are clean and bright. Conveniently located on Lintas Timur about 4 hours drive from Bandar Lampung.

The service is friendly, only in my opinion the cleanliness is rather lacking and the breakfast menu is not much.

For the small town of Tulang Bawang this hotel is quite representative and comfortable.

The hotel is nice, staff friendly and communicated and quiet even they do maintenance on the park area.

Friendly, nice staff. The only five-star hotel on the bone of onions (we were on our way from Jakarta to Palembang), so we did not have many options. Could not order food in the room because the kitchen was renovated. The room was not clean, there were many stains on everything in the room. But for the onion bone area, this hotel is the best.

The rooms are not clean, the bed linen is dirty, and the most disappointing thing is that the towels are not worth wearing.

Dusty room. Unsterile means. Towels torn and worn. A layer of door peeling off. Dirty drinking water heater. There is no elevator but only use the emergency stairs up to the 3rd floor. Hopefully it will be changed for the better and better.

The service is less than satisfying.

Nice place to stay with family

Hotel recommended in Unit 2, for a stop over, it's OK, clean, quiet but service is slow.

There are still smoking in any place, especially in restaurants, the door to the room is broken.

Poorly cleaned toilets, broken doors, breakfast is minimal, advice: first repair existing ones rather than renovating extensions.

The hotel is new but not friendly to parents because the receptionist is on the 2nd floor. The rooms are quite large but the toiletries must be requested.

Location, service, satisfying rooms only the price is still fairly expensive for the standard maybe because in that area there are no other hotel rivals.

Less cleanliness, sheets and pillowcases dirty, the price does not match the service.
