Room is ok, friendly staff, near Hoan Kiem Lake

Phòng không đúng với booking, nhân viên rất cố gắng hoàn thành nhiệm vụ của mình. Phòng điều hoà không hoạt động ( không lạnh) sữa nhiều lần từ trưa đến tận tối, phòng khác thì rất hôi. Và chỉ được chọn 1phòng hôi thôi còn phòng kia không đc. Huỷ cũng không cho huỷ ép buộc khách phải hoàn thành booking trong điều kiện tệ.Mặc dù vợ mình đã nhiều lần ở đây khi đến Hà Nội.

Drap, gối, khăn đều rất củ.

Room is okay. Toilet smells like sewer. Close the toilet door, open it in the morning and the smell is very strong. Have to turn on the exhaust fan for a while to get the smell better.

Central location near Hang Be market so convenient when exploring Hanoi cuisine

Family room for 3 people has 3 single beds, room for 4 has 2 large beds, has a bathroom in the room, it's great in the old town, near convenient shopping and dining centers, near Hoan Kiem hoof. Friendly staff, ready to help guests when needed. Thank you Trang Trang will be back.

Phòng bị nước dột từ lầu trên xuống ướt nhẹp (dường như khách sạn không để ý tu sửa cơ sở vật chất luôn. Phòng nhỏ mà bí. Được cái nhân viên dễ thương nhiệt tình.

I stayed in a family room, big room, clean, satisfied. Near Hoan Kiem Lake and convenient for eating and shopping around.

Gặp 1 số vấn đề lúc check in nhưng nhân viên (bạn Đức) được train tốt nên vui vẻ nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách, giải quyết vấn đề nhanh gọn. Phòng sạch sẽ, vị trí thuận lơi.

Room soundproof is very poor. There is almost no soundproofing at all, other rooms can hear the stairs clearly, not counting laughter when going back late at night. While sleeping, I woke up from sleep.

Morning reception is not enthusiastic

The hotel is located in the center of convenient travel, rooms are clean, though a bit cramped. Staff is enthusiastic, but most regrettable that there is no parking space for car, although there is a parking space on the comfort section. Upon arrival, the staff instructed the car to park about 150m from the hotel, but the overnight price was 600k while the room was 400k. Anyone who does not ride in a car is very convenient here. If you have a car, choose another place. And also suggest that there should be ways to check whether the hotel registered on the system has enough amenities such as advertising or not. Avoid the situation where visitors do not have parking places as advertised

This accommodation is located very near with hoan kiem lake (the center attraction at Hanoi), located at old quarter center, nearby many cafes and the walking street. Overall is ok, nothing disappointing

Quick staff! Very good location. Near the market but no noise. My parents had a very interesting experience at the hotel.
