The environment is really comfortable.. Located in a very comfortable, clean and tidy residential area.. The residents are also very friendly.. The air is good, there is a coffee shop right across from the hotel, called Warung Oi.

My stay here was comfortable, and I slept soundly for two days. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels. The bed was soft, the TV was smart, and the AC was cold, but the bathroom was dirty. The toilet still had feces on it, so I had to clean it myself.

I highly recommend against booking here. I was very disappointed. I ended up not staying here because the room and bathroom looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. Advice to property owners: if you're looking to sell a room, please list one that matches the cleanliness of the pictures. Please renovate it properly and clean it properly.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Victoria Boutique Hotel! The interior is beautiful, the facilities are adequate, there's a prayer room, and the price is very affordable. 😍 The location is also strategic, close to the terminal and the main road to the city center. Highly recommended!

The hotel is comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it's inexpensive but not cheap.

I was given a room with a toilet that couldn't be flushed. I've been here twice and got a room with a toilet that couldn't be flushed.

The Wi-Fi is dead, the refrigerator is broken, the room is dirty, the sheets are full of stains, the bathroom is dirty, the walls are dirty, black and damp, and it's very shabby and unkempt. It's very different from the photos, which I think were taken when it first opened, but it's not very well maintained now.

The hotel staff is friendly, but you get what you pay for. The hotel's prices reflect the location.
