I checked in around 3/4 pm (my room should have been ready) however, the process of arranging my room took quite a long time, until I was offered to be moved to a double bed room (I initially ordered a twin bed). I didn't have a problem with that because I just wanted to check in quickly at that time. However, when I entered the room, there were a lot of insect wings (termites), and the floor was not very clean. After I asked for it to be cleaned, it was clean, but it turned out that there was also a group of ants near the door. The sheets and bed cover/blanket were a bit messy, the size didn't seem to match the size of the mattress (my room's mattress was 2 twin beds combined into 1) so the sheets didn't cover the entire mattress properly, and the same goes for the blanket. What's even funnier is that I asked for breakfast to be delivered to my room. Then, the hotel asked me to go downstairs first so I could choose a food menu, but I didn't because they said the only menu available was fried rice, so I waited for the fried rice menu to come, but when it arrived, fried chicken rice came 🤣 I actually don't have a problem with the food menu provided because it was still proper and edible, but it's just weird, they said there was only fried rice but what came was chicken rice. I think this management needs a lot of improvement.
