The rooms are minimalist but adequate for a couple or just for sleeping. There's no toothpaste, toothbrush, or coffee provided. There's no makeup area or slippers. Once you're used to hotels, you'll probably never want to go back. But otherwise, the hotel is fine.

The hotel is close to the hospital, MRT station, KLCC, many places to eat, minimarkets, cafes in the hotel area, the price is not expensive, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, there is Wi-Fi.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed overnight at Eazy Hotel Ampang. The hotel staff is friendly, close to the hospital, Ampang MRT station, KLCC, the hotel room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, there is Wi-Fi, only the bathroom was a bit problematic, so I asked to change rooms. The hotel area is also close to minimarkets, restaurants, drug stores, cafes.

Staff were helpful and available

Everything is good even though it's cheap and far from the city center, but the room is clean and big around the hotel there are many places to eat. The only drawback is that there are a lot of ants from the start of the building. It turns out there is a hole in the ceramic under the curtain area so that even after cleaning the floor several times, they still appear. That's the only thing that's really annoying. Everything else is okay.

I extended my stay at Eazy Hotel for another 2 nights because of the great service and its strategic location, close to Gleneagles and KLCC. There are plenty of eateries in the hotel area.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, there was Wi-Fi, it was close to the medical center to Gleneagles, there were lots of places to eat and a 24-hour mart in the hotel area.

Clean rooms, hot & cold water flowing smoothly, easy location to find food

Kebersihannya kurang, sarung pillow nya tidak diganti kuning dan bau apek, tidak dapet sendal, pelayanan tidak mmuaskan.

Room doesn't have any Kettle ، room, which is full of ants and cockroaches but blanket and pillow sheets were clean and chenge every day.

Aircon is not cold, room is not clean. Place is too noisy cannot sleep well.

The room was spacious ... the floor was dusty and there was a small puddle of insects playing around on the floor.

The TV problem doesn't even have to be on, not even a kettle to make water

The hotel is strategically located close to many banks, food restaurants and shopping complexes just a short walk away. The room is clean and comfortable.
