Subuh mau wudhu dan sekalian mandi ternyata air mati. Petugas di bawah kosong ga ada orang. Sudah 2x naik turun dan permisi-permisi tetap ga ada yang jaga. Telp di nomer yang terpampang setelah panggilan ke 14 baru diangkat. Setelah diangkat dan saya lapori katanya PDAM ga nyala dan tandon habis. Untuk kamar lantai 2 harus menunggu 1 jam. Pokoknya payah banget. Saya pesan kamar VIP di lantai 2 nomer 23.
