Great hotel. Fantastic location. The closest possible to the ferry dock (jetti). At the north end of the long beach. Breakfast was great, as well as the lunch buffet. We did not try the dinner. The swimming pool was nice. The room was a relatively good size (we were 3). The only negative regarding the room was that the shower screen is simply too small. Regardless of how careful you are showering, the bathroom floor will end up completely wet. As for the actual negatives, the bathroom of the first room they gave us smelled terrible. We complained, they cleaned up, but could not fix it. They gave us another room the next day. On the last day, the bathroom got clogged. I had to go down 3 times before someone came to fix it. The hotel staff were responsive, but in a hotel of this price, there should not be any smell in the room and we should not need to request help with a clogged bathroom. Hence my rating.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Upon check-in, we had to place a RM200 refundable deposit. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, with a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Waking up to that view every morning felt like a treat. Housekeeping was on point. The room had all the essentials, and when we asked for an iron and ironing board, they sent it up quite quickly. A small but thoughtful detail was the drying rack at the balcony—super useful for drying our wet swimwear after snorkeling. The hotel only has one lift, but since it's just three floors, it wasn’t an issue at all. Plus point—the hotel is literally a minute’s walk from the jetty, so it’s super convenient, especially when you’re arriving with bags. Breakfast buffet was okay-lah… not a lot of variety, so after the first day, we decided to check out the nearby eateries for local breakfast options instead.

Good service. Service mind. Wifi can't connect, Room is smell. There are cockroaches die in the room. Insufficient lighting in the room.

Great room, perfect view from our seaview room balcony, they top up mini bar everyday for free & clean the room everyday, but I think they should improve a lot for breakfast (provide like nasi dagang, traditional food). We were very dissappointed that they just provide nasi goreng with no lauk at all on our second day. Not a 4 star standard breakfast.

Thank you to frontdesk staff for early check in at least 1 of our room. Took early boat with kids. She let us check in early for at least one room to make us comfortable. Small effort big impact 👏.

Excellent staff service, comfortable rooms, good food, beautiful and comfortable views.

First I entered the sandy floor. Wifi can not connect. Room takde line. Breakfast is not much choice. Normal room2. Room slipper takde. Asked for a clean 2nd day, the bath robe did not change, the bed was a little tidy. Hotel not so clean. Plus the strong ceptic tank smell. So far not worth the price and not recommended.

The best! When I checked in, the elevator was broken, tomorrow morning it was beautiful 👍

Location is good. Infinity pool was awesome. Hotel is nice. But the septics tank smell you cannot avoid. They had a coffee machine. Breakfast was so so.

The food at the hotel is xsdap. Breakfast xvariety.

Nice room,view and get mineral water, can drink for free... breakfast ok nice for rm35 to add.

The location is great, but breakfast is so so, lots of carbo and less of protein and the room is also dusty. I just feel that it’s overpriced. Overall is ok
