The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during the check in process.

The facilities are quite complete, there is hot water, closer access, if you want to go to the city, hospital, minimarket, you can walk, the staff is friendly.

Cukup nyaman untuk beristirahat, dan fasilitas juga lengkap. Hanya saja menu sarapan kurang bervariatif. Secara overall bagus.

Actually good, but just lack of maintenance. Book what room, what is occupied. Room smells of cigarette smoke.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, there is a prayer rug, strategic location.

Air panas mati, aliran air mampet, AC di auto pakai timer, sarapan di antar ke kamar dengan kondisi nasi goreng yang sudah dingin. Tidak sesuai dengan tarif!

Not maintained, dirty, smells musty, hot water is broken, the TV is still on a tube, there is only 1 broadcast. Does not reflect the majestic building. The only thing that's okay is the wifi facility, it's smooth. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Old hotel, neglected facilities. The shower shower doesn't work, let alone hot & cold water. There is a leak in the room, the ac water drips into the room.

The rooms are big and clean, the facilities are complete and in the middle of the city.

In the application, the room facilities listed are quite complete, especially for hot showers and coffee/tea makers, but in fact, when I checked in, the room facilities didn't have warm water and the coffee/tea maker was a bit disappointed, sorry for my nephew who is still a baby bathing cold water even though deliberately chose this hotel, one of which has warm water.

Facilities are not satisfactory. The sheets have stains on them.

Ada cacing di kamar 110, cacing-cacing tersebut baru muncul saat kami mandi. Lalu kami laporkan pihak hotel kemudian kami dipindahkan ke kamar 112 tetapi ternyata sama saja saat kami mandi muncullah cacing-cacing dari sela keramik kamar mandi ingin bermain.

Hotel berisik, ada yg karaoke dgn suara keras sekali sampai terdengar di kamar, dibiarkan sampai jam 23.30 baru selesai, mengganggu tamu yg lagi istirahat. Sarapan pagi hanya nasi goreng yg diantar ke kamar.

Bad service, bad quality, and the water heater is not functioning, not in accordance with the cost paid.

The condition of the room is very elegant and really comfortable. Highly recommend for colleagues who want to stay in the estuary area of South Sumatra.

We know the hotel is in crisis but please pay attention to the cleanliness. Spider wool everywhere there is trash in the bathroom thick dusty dirty bathtub very dissatisfied to rest the smell of musty rooms because the dust can't imagine the last time there was okay this time waw amazingly disappointed there could be trash ☹️ not satisfied 😫
