The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. However, there were a few things that made things uncomfortable: the sheets and towels in room 304 were torn, there was cigarette ash behind the mattress, the room wasn't soundproof, and there was traffic.

Awesome, access to Juanda Airport is very close.
